This package includes registration for the 2026 EssilorLuxottica Innovation Academy and a shared hotel room for two (2) nights at the Hilton Conrad in Orlando, Florida, from March 9‑11, 2026. The room will be assigned at random unless a specific registered attendee is requested, or a private room is paid for. Check‑in to the hotel is required on March 9, 2026, and check‑out of the hotel is required on March 11, 2026. Transportation is not included. Registration is for one (1) person, which includes most meals during the program and educational courses.

After you redeem this package, you will be contacted within five business days with more information about how to register for the 2026 EssilorLuxottica Innovation Academy. Please note registration will open by October 20, 2025 and after that date you will receive an email to formally register for the event.  

Tickets are first‑come, first‑served and are non‑refundable. Only a limited quantity is available. Packages can also be redeemed for staff members in the practice. 

Must redeem points by February 2, 2026.  

Registration for the 2026 EssilorLuxottica Innovation Academy must be completed by February 9, 2026.
