Eyes On Hold provides custom phone "on hold" message systems designed to build practice image and prestige. While "on hold," your patients will hear a mix of music and engaging content designed to personalize patient relationships. All‑inclusive services are offered including custom script writing, professional voice talent, studio time, updates when needed, music licensing protection and mp3 or .wav delivery. Three “spots” will promote Essilor products. Five additional “spots” will be custom to each practice’s needs. Eyes On Hold will work with each practice in script development and implementation.
